Greek Yogurt Peach Parfait

Around the Health Plus office, 10 a.m. is often a favorite time of day, as it is Snack Time.  
In honor of National Peach Month, for today’s snack we decided to construct our very own Greek Yogurt Peach Parfait.   
​Yogurt is a wonderful breakfast or snack, especially for your gut since it is packed full of probiotics. Probiotics are live bacteria and yeasts that occupy your gut and help digest food, destroy disease-causing microorganisms, and produce essential vitamins and fatty acids.

  • Vanilla Greek yogurt
  • Peaches diced
  • Banana sliced
  • Blueberries whole
  • 1 - 2 tbsp.  Granola
  • 1 tsp. Chia seeds
  • Honey drizzle on top
