We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Health Plus and www.healthplusinc.com. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item with proof of receipt, within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping.

Cash Refunds: The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.

Payments made with a credit card will be refunded to the card used for your order. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

Exchanges: If the customer returns used or opened product, an exchange will be offered based on the amount paid (as shown on the sales receipt).

Damaged and wrongly shipped items may be requested to be returned to us within 30 days at no cost to the purchaser unless there are reasonable circumstances why this cannot be done.

We cannot issue refunds of any kind for purchases made through retail stores, practitioners, or third-party websites. If you purchase any product from a retail store, practitioner, or third-party website, the refund policy of that retail store, practitioner, or website shall apply.

Unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Health Plus Satisfaction Guarantee shall not apply to any products purchased from unauthorized sellers or through unauthorized sales channels, including unauthorized internet sites

As always we appreciate your business and would like the opportunity to say thank you for choosing Health Plus Inc. for your digestive needs.

Due to strict regulations and customs rules in certain countries sometimes our products are returned to us or just not delivered to the customer. It is our experience that the product does not make it through customs and into our customers’ hands. For cases in which the product is returned to us we will refund your cost of the product but not the shipping costs. For this reason, we will not be automatically shipping internationally through our website. We recommend that you try to purchase the product locally in your country.

International Return Policy

All orders placed through exports@healthplusinc.com will be charged the full amount for shipping. Should your order not arrive and be returned to Health Plus Inc. due to customs issues, we will refund the amount of the product only. However, the amount paid for shipping will not be refunded. This is due to the extremely high cost of shipping products overseas.

Free Shipping:

Free Shipping for orders at least $50.00 (subtotal after discount), shipping to destinations within the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia, qualify for free shipping! Orders to Alaska, Hawaii or to the U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) at this time are not eligible for free shipping.

At HEALTH PLUS, we use the carrier with the best rate within our system. From time to time, there may be out-of-stock items that will not be shipped. A full refund will be provided for the out-of-stock items.
